• Content Sovereignty: All materials, data, and information provided for publication or processing are the sole responsibility of the Client. Orlik Media acts strictly as a technical facilitator. We do not exercise editorial control over Client-supplied content and assume no liability for its accuracy, legality, or copyright status.

• Approval Protocol: Every stage of production is subject to formal Client approval. Once a project or campaign is cleared by the Client, the responsibility for its public dissemination and market impact rests entirely with the Client.

• Global Compliance: We respect the legal jurisdictions of the regions where we operate (EU, USA, UK, and beyond). Our services are provided under the principle of “best effort,” and we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes beyond the technical execution of the agreed-upon scope.

• Confidentiality: In accordance with our “Atelier” philosophy, we maintain absolute discretion regarding our clients’ identities and the proprietary methods used in our “Lab,” unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
